Jemmie Floyd brings decades of leadership, negotiation, strategic planning, and client-focused service to his real
estate career. As a Pennsylvania real estate professional with Keller Williams Keystone Realty, he approaches
every transaction with a clear objective: protect his clients' interests, communicate with precision, and help buyers
and sellers make confident decisions about one of their most important financial investments.
Before entering real estate, Jemmie built an extensive career in military service, federal government, and
private-sector program management. His experience includes leading large organizations, managing
multimillion-dollar programs and contracts, overseeing major budgets, negotiating with government and industry
partners, managing risk, and solving high-stakes operational challenges. Those experiences shaped the
discipline, accountability, attention to detail, and negotiating mindset he now brings to every client relationship.
A retired United States Army veteran, Jemmie's career has been grounded in service and leadership. He
continues to apply the same principles that defined his military and executive career - integrity, preparation,
accountability, commitment, and putting people first.
Jemmie holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Homeland Security & Emergency
Management, along with professional training and credentials in project management and process improvement.
His business background gives him a strong understanding of contracts, budgets, logistics, risk, and strategic
decision-making - skills that translate directly into effective real estate representation.
Whether assisting a first-time homebuyer, veteran or military family, seller, or investor, Jemmie believes clients
deserve more than someone who can simply show a property or place a sign in the yard. They deserve an
advocate who listens, prepares, negotiates with purpose, and remains focused on the client's goals from the first
conversation through closing.
